Empower Yoga

I’m not sure how many YEARS I have been a proud member of Empower Yoga and I am curious to know! I am 48 years young and have been practicing yoga on and off for about 20+ years. Empower Yoga has helped me to live a better life and be a better version of myself. It’s helped me through many challenges in life and added to my positive and exciting life changes! The last couple years especially have been challenging for ALL and Empower Yoga has SHOWED UP with heart and soul! I am so thankful for those who show up especially now. I am better mentally and physically because of Empower Yoga. The instructors are unique and each class is different. The owner and instructors always treat me and fellow classmates with kindness…I feel like I fit and what better feeling is there? Always a clean and pristine studio…especially over the last couple years I have felt VERY safe continuing practice at Empower Yoga. It is VERY obvious they do all they can to make sure our experience (especially now) is safe. Not only do I thank Empower Yoga for showing up but so does my husband…I think the best review has come from him. He encourages me to go and always says it is so obvious how good I FEEL after an Empower Class. I have pictures from inside the studio that I have shared on social media over the years including one of my favorites with the owner 2 days before my wedding…wedding prep necessity!!! Thank you to anyone who reads this and I encourage you to become part of the Empower community!!!

Great studio. Nice instructors! Super clean and the heat makes it very challenging. Anne, the manager, is super friendly and welcoming when you arrive. The owner, Keri, goes above and beyond helping. The first day I went, I met Keri and she went the extra mile to help me and gave me great advice. I was there for the incident prior to class on Friday. The woman was very rude and lied and did not go the class. My wife and I were the first ones there and she was arguing with the police outside. Don’t let that review influence you in any way.

I love it here! The staff and the whole yoga experience is great. My favorite part is when I walk through the doors I am greeted by name. I am a beginner (so there is plenty to still learn), but I am so glad I get to learn at Empower. :)

The staff and instructors at Empower are welcoming and professional. Their experience and knowledge shines through at each class I’ve taken. Empower provides a wonderful, clean studio space and a friendly atmosphere. I look forward to building more connection with the Empower team and students in the future!

I love love love this place. I started practicing for the first time in February 2023 and Empower welcomed me with open arms. I've tried classes with a variety of instructors and at various times and each one has been a rewarding and, as the name would suggest, EMPOWERING experience. Couldn't be happier with this place!
