I don't even write reviews but I felt compelled to write this one. I booked an appointment and then they cancelled my appointment and said that a glitch in their system allowed me to book with someone who isn't taking new clients. I only was going to give this place a try because this specific therapist was recommended to me. When I told them that they responded back asking what the name of the person who referred me is. That information is techncially irrelevant & I felt as though they asked as if to catch me in a lie. The bottom line is there was a problem on their end and I should be allowed to receive a refund- not sure why the member name is even needed. Horrible customer service. Place can't even rectify an issue that they caused because the fine print states that it is non-refundable. That's the problem with places like this they don't care about you as an individual they just come up with sneaky ways to take your money.

The most relaxing part of my day! Shiva is fantastic and by the time I leave, I am stretched and relaxed! Love going there!

This place is great! Each member, from the owner down to the flexologists listened to all my needs and injuries carefully. They worked with these points in mind to create a plan that would work specifically for me. Each employee is friendly and welcoming. It is a relaxing hour to get away from the world, while helping your body be its' best. Specifically Juliette was amazing and would highly recommend you ask for her on your consultation.

Incredible experience!! Luis and staff are professional and knowledgeable. Had no Mobility and flexibility. Lots of lower back and hip pain. Since stretching twice weekly for about a year. All back and hip pain is gone. Incredible flexiblity, and mobility again. Playing on a Softball team again. Enjoying playing ball again with my 26 year old . It is important for our health and body. This place and staff are the best. Try it and you won’t regret it. I feel great !!!!

Jacqueline is the absolute BEST. I had such horrific lower back pain to the point I couldn’t walk. I’ve been to the chiropractor, physical therapist and massages. I’ve been going to Jacqueline for about a month and my pain is minimal throughout the day and I’ve gained mobility back in my lower back. I highly recommend Jacqueline she’s amazing, she’s knowledgeable and she’s patient.
