Active Body Fitness

I’ve been a member at ABF for about 4 months now. The instructors are all enthusiastic and committed to your fitness journey! I’ve primarily taken classes with Leyla, Ted, and Mike. Uber, the manager, is also very helpful and answers any questions along the way. They will push you to do your best and will follow up about your nutrition and progress with progressive overload. One of the biggest perks is the community vibe here that makes you feel welcome. I feel that they are striving to make this a better business each day such as implementing new weekly seminars about nutrition, mobility, fundamentals, etc.

Going to this gym has been a great experience. The instructors are amazing and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They met with me to discuss my goals, my habits, and my schedule to come up with a plan that would work to help me reach my fitness goals. They also keep me accountable and contact me to make sure I'm going to the classes and keeping on the right path. I highly recommend this gym for the classes, the facility, and the staff. I've been working out in earnest for the longest period of time in forever since joining and I feel like that wouldn't have happened if I had joined a large corporate gym.

If I could I would give Active Body Fitness more than five stars! All of the fitness instructors and coaches go above and beyond to help you meet your fitness goals. They are knowledgeable and offer encouragement no matter what starting point you’re at. I recommend this gym highly to anyone!

Great gym, very clean and well equipped. Great Coaches. You can go to group classes under supervision. Coaches are oaying attention to each member and give advise
