StretchLab

This was the best decision ever! Well maybe in terms of my physical health. Went as a referral from the wife. I was skeptical at first because I can stretch by myself at home. But I was wrong. Having someone do the stretches for you hits differently. And they do it with care and intent. Not to try and rip you apart, but up to the right intensity (and pain level) to wake those muscles up! Signed up immediately after my first time and now I'm writing this review after an early morning stretch! Definitely recommended for those in my age range (40+) .

My first experience with the StretchLab was amazing to say the least. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by their friendly and welcoming staff. The stretching did wonders for my body as needed from working out. I highly recommend the StretchLab to everyone. You will not be disappointed. I can't wait to go back!

As a busy mom and entrepreneur, I committed to improving my self care this year. Finding time to unwind can be tough, but I am open to trying new things. I know the benefits of stretching and kept hearing about Stretch Lab so I decided to schedule appointments for me and my family. From the ample parking, welcoming and relaxing atmosphere to the tailored stretching sessions at Stretch Lab Closter, we had a wonderful experience! (This is random, but it also smelled really good like a clean linen scent.) The expert stretchers explained the range of motion and walked us through each stretch to ensure our comfort level. My son is young and plays basketball, so Patrick was great in connecting with him and explaining the importance of stretching. After the experience, we all felt relaxed while also energized. It was an amazing experience we can’t wait to repeat! Thank you, Stretch Lab, for redefining stress relief for us!

I stopped in to inquire about their services and was very pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the space, professionalism of the staff, and the assessment technology to gauge where on your body you may need to focus your stretching efforts. I was highly impressed and look forward to my first appointment!

I love this place! This is the 1st time I've ever been to a Stretch Lab anywhere and at the urging of friends I decided to try this. The staff is so patient, friendly and most importantly knowledgeable. After years of dealing with stiffness from an old injury, I have really seen a significant improvement in my range of flexibility. This is now apart of my routine. Best decision Ive made in a long time!
