Every instructor here is truly exceptional, each bringing a unique teaching style, so no matter what mood or fitness goal you have, there’s always a class that’s just right. I love the convenience of booking—no waitlists or long-term planning required, unlike other studios around. The atmosphere is consistently uplifting, and the entire team is so accommodating and welcoming. Having done Pilates for over a decade, I can honestly say I’ve never felt this fit, strong, and energized. This place has taken my practice to a whole new level!

Lumen Pilates is an excellent studio committed to both fitness and creating a welcoming learning environment for all members. I found Lumen in April and I have been hooked ever since. I am new to Pilates, but as a former dancer, I have been looking for something as a regular exercise practice and I am so happy to say pilates has been the perfect fit. The instructors are all wonderful at Lumen; patient, kind and so conscientious in their care of every student and in making sure we are taking care of our bodies while adhering to the pilates technique and form. I love the small setting of the studio and the welcoming vibe. I just can't say enough about how much I love this studio and everyone who works there. Highly recommend!
