Pilates Space

If I could give Pilates Space 10 stars I would. I joined almost four years ago and I'm totally hooked. Arlene is a licensed physical therapist with extensive training in Pilates. She knows the human body inside and out!! I had issues with my back for years. She knew just how to fix that problem with core strengthening Pilate exercises and I am now pain free!! She has a beautiful studio that is very updated and METICULOUS!!!! You will not find another kind hearted instructor like Arlene or have a better experience with Pilates.......

Arlene is wonderful! One private session with her, and I was hooked for life. I’ve now been coming twice a week for the past six years. I always leave feeling great. She customizes each workout to meet the needs of the individual. She helps me manage the little aches and pains that are part of daily life as we age. Because she is a licensed physical therapist, Arlene has also provided safe and knowledgeable guidance to help me overcome knee injuries, back problems, and tendinitis. Her studio is immaculate with a lovely view overlooking the water. She uses only the finest Gratz equipment. I cannot say enough good things about Arlene and Pilates Space!
