LA Fitness

My experience at LA Fitness has been excellent, thanks in large part to Dakota, the manager who helped us during the sign-up process. From the moment we walked in, Dakota was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain all the membership options in detail, ensuring we found the perfect fit for our needs. What stood out the most was his patience and willingness to answer all our questions, making us feel confident in our decision. The gym itself is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a great workout. The staff is welcoming, and the atmosphere is motivating. Highly recommend LA Fitness and a big shoutout to Dakota for making the whole process smooth and enjoyable!

If you happen to be one of the 50 people still in the gym at closing you will have the joy of hearing the receptionist let you know she is calling the police to get everyone out. Perfect customer service. Update and change from 1 star. It looks like they may have hired someone to clean the gym. The urinals have been cleaned and no longer smell like a subway. The sauna while still dirty doesn’t have as many layers of dirt. There is hope! I guess I should be grateful for the nasty because the gym itself is beautiful and even with it being dirty it still gets very crowded. The gym itself is amazing with great equipment.It looks like they could care less about how clean it is. I find my coming infrequently because it’s disgusting. It’s been good inspiration to get a sauna at home. That’s the only reason I come to this location but to walk in to this mess at 515 am is just sad like they don’t care at all.

LA Fitness in Brick is my home! The staff works around the clock to improve the facility. It has all the equipment and amenities you could possibly ask for! The community here is very friendly and I highly recommend anyone to come for a workout!

Just joined today and my experience with the manager, Rodney, was fantastic. I was trying to sign up online with a deal my husband had gotten on his email for two days. Something seemed to be wrong with the server. Rodney made a couple of phone calls and got it done in five minutes. Then as he walked me to the desk, he got to know me a little bit and gave me some valuable advice on fitness. He said to talk to him any time. I’m very excited to get started at LA Fitness of Brick!
