eZential Wellness

I have enjoyed eZential Wellness since it first opened in Bridgewater, NJ over 9 years ago. It is the most welcoming, relaxing, calming, professional, and thoughtful yoga studio! I always felt much better after attending each session; my overall health has also improved. Lori, the owner, offers many wonderful workshops as well as quality, hand-made items from patrons. Although I have moved over an hour away from her studio, I am still a patron/friend and attend classes and workshops as often as I can. Lori is not just an instructor but also a caring and trustworthy friend! I really miss attending more often as her studio and her presence greatly enrich my life.

I am always impressed by the wide variety of offerings at eZential. Lori (the owner) pours a lot of love into it, making the Center such a beautiful space. A wonderful spiritual community is growing there. Lots of amazing crystals and treasures in the gift shop, reasonably priced. All in a home-like, warm and welcoming atmosphere. This place is the best kept secret in NJ!

I LOVE ezential Wellness! I actually call it my "happy place" because it's such a positive, welcoming space. I really don't do yoga but I love the selection of classes and events at eZential Wellness. I've been there for sound baths, tarot readings, mediumship programs, and more. Lori, the owner, is so nice and accommodating. There's even a little gift shop inside so if you need a unique wellness-inspired gift, you should check them out. Going to a class or event there is the one special thing I do for myself, where I can block everything out and just use that time for me. I'm grateful to have eZential Wellness in the community!

I love taking classes and workshops at eZential Wellness. The moment I step inside a calmness comes over me. It’s high vibe energy and friendly people make it a peaceful respite from everyday life. The owner Lori makes everyone feel welcome. I recently joined the book club. It was Lori’s idea to bring likeminded folks together and to discuss interesting books on spirituality. It was so fun to meet other women with so much depth and hear their ideas. I had to stop going because I got a full time job but it’s worth noting that, that experience holds a special place in my heart and it’s all because of Lori. I highly recommend coming here for yoga, workshops and psychic readings. It’s a special place that stands out from other yoga studios. Everyone is so kind and caring.
