My experience here has been 100% amazing. I tried the beginner pack unsure of what I would encounter. It’s been years since I practiced yoga. The instructors I’ve had have been caring to my physical condition and limitations. I’ve since purchased more classes. 🙏. Thank you!

Lisa's class was very sophisticated. Her subtle movements were profound. In one hour, my body felt aligned and energized; my mind was free of noise. Thank you. I'll be back.

Ohana is such a beautiful space with a euphoric energy like no other. The instructors are extremely experienced and lead classes suitable for individuals of all skill levels. They provide a safe and effective yoga practice for all. Lisa, the owner, is amazingly friendly and welcoming. Her gong baths are an out-of-body experience. Most importantly, the Ohana Studio Mascot, Vincenzo, is ready at the door to greet us with his tail wagging! I could not recommend this studio more. My home away from home.

This is the most spiritual place where you can practice yoga and find a connection with your practice and community.

I was in town for a family gathering on the shore. I miss practicing when i'm outside of my community, but I also love visiting other studios and experiencing what other yogi's have to offer. You can book classes on-line through Mind-Body site. I was going to do a couple of drop-ins, but they had a three class pass which was perfect for my budget and length of stay. I got to do a morning flow and evening class on one day, and a morning session the next day before leaving the area. Each instructor was welcoming, proficient and inspiring. The studio is open, neat, clean and well equipped should you need or forgot a prop. Note: I didn't see a shower or lockers, but they did have a comfortable bathroom for changing and cubbies to secure your stuff. While I do want to check out other studios when I return to the shore, I feel confident that I will return. I think other yogis visiting this area will also be pleased.
