Once you step foot in this place it will become a part of your everyday routine. The energy is contagious, the members are welcoming, and the coaches care so much. This place has been truly life changing for me and now I can't imagine my life without it.

AFC BR has become my second home! The coaches and the community have truly been life changing all for the positive. It's an amazing workout and still continues to be both challenging for the regulars and appropriate for newer skill levels. The best workout for cardio and strength circuits. A great experience all around!
