I am so happy I can attend classes in this beautiful space. At Frost Cycle I feel home! The space is clean and spacious. The aesthetic of the studio is so curated and sleek. Great location, plenty of parking. The owners are inspiring, welcoming and talented. They cultivate a culture of inclusiveness and encourage us to love ourself. I highly recommend everyone in the area to take classes at this place!

I have absolutely nothing but positive things to say about Frost Cycle. Tara and Heather are truly the sweetest kindest most genuine people in the world. The studio is absolutely beautiful ,kept clean. The environment and positive energy in every class is astounding. You will immediately feel welcomed in to the community. If you are looking for an amazing full body workout/ cardio trust me this is THE place to do it !

Just took my first class with Heather at Frost! I haven’t taken a class of her for over two years and it is just as amazing as I remember! I love their energy and I can’t wait to go back!

The most amazing cycle studio! Tara, Heather, and Lauren are caring and inspiring instructors. They make working out fun and exciting. This is something I look forward to coming to every week. Such a powering, inspiring, and fun atmosphere every time you walk through the doors.

The best workout ever! Tara and Heather are the best instructors you will ever have. They don’t just tell you to ride, they push you to the limit and make you better physically, emotionally and mentally. Side note: I was pre-warned my tush would hurt from a cycling class…NOT HERE because we don’t sit. This is not your mamas SPIN CLASS, the music, motions, the team vibes and more…spinning at frost is so much more than spin. FROSTIE FOR LIFE
