I've been going to this planet fitness for 9 years now an they refuse to let me get a grandfathered account since one of the employees restarted my account to make it look like I've been going to this gym for 1 year , Then they told me I have to pay 300 dollars this month an resign up again making me pay the 50 dollar sign up fee every year when I've been member for 9 years this doesn't make sense how do I have to pay a sign up fee again an again an again , for me to pay 300 for a gym that is missing equipment, its not a 24/7 gym , the water machine is always broken , yoga mats are broken, I've had my locker broken into an 200 dollars stolen from me, I have to buy water all the time spending hundreds on water, the equipment is always broken an they want 300 dollars a year makes no sense, I WANT A DISCOUNT ,I DESERVE A DISCOUNT AN WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER OF THIS FACILITY! SO I SPOKE TO A MANAGER AN WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY THE 320 OR FIND ANOTHER PLANET FITNESS IT HURT SO MUCH TO HEAR THIS CAUSE IM SO DEDICATED TO THIS PLACE , IVE BEEN COMING HEAR FOR TEN YEARS SO MANY FRIENDS IVE MADE ALONG THE WAY ONLY TO BE EXTORTED AND TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF, NO ONE DESERVES THIS KIND OF TREATMENT ESPECIALLY THE LOYAL CUSTOMERS, SO I PAID THE 320 CASH AN FEEL SO ASHAMED TO COME TO THIS GYM NOW AS TO BE TREATED LIKE A FOOL, I LOVE THIS GYM BUT THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY AN NOT THE PEOPLE, SUPER SAD TO SAY THIS 😔

Been going to various planet fitness locations in the area for almost two years now. There is a lot about this location that makes me want to like it. It is large. Large enough variety of machines and equipment, including two cable fly machines and two per fly machines; some locations have none or one. The 360 area is a bit more secluded here than other locations. 6 Smith machines. And it's location is convenient for me. On the other hand, some things to dislike. It is large, but can be very crowded during the day and that not including the 4 to 7pm rush. 6 Smith machines, but one or two tend to be broken. None of the new machines that other locations received recently. Water machine tends to have issues, whether it is warm water or just doesn't work. I'll still go to this location on some days amd get my workout in within 1.5 hours. Again, I want to like this location and make this my main one but other locations nearby do better in some ways.

I've been enjoying this gym a lot more since they expanded and included more weights and lifting equipment. It's a lot easier to get the weights and stations you need now. They do keep things clean too, you can always see someone mopping or wiping down equipment. When things are broken I feel like they do a decent job of getting them fixed. Obviously some broken things are easier and quicker to fix than others. I personally would LOVE in they included some real squat racks, as I really don't like Smith machines. But I do understand machines like that are not exactly part of the PF model

I understand that Planet Fitness is a budget gym, and I’ve never expected all the bells and whistles—like squat racks or a full range of free weights. That’s fine, and I’ve been working around it. However, the recent issue with the thermostat being turned up SO RIDICULOUSLY HIGH has made working out borderline unbearable. The area around the free weights feels like a sauna, and it’s honestly impossible to maintain a productive workout in these conditions. I’ve been a member at this location for about 6 months, primarily out of necessity, but this thermostat situation is completely out of control. When I brought it up with the front desk, I was told that "the thermostat is controlled at a different location," which makes absolutely no sense and seems like an excuse to avoid addressing the problem. If this continues, I’ll have no choice but to switch gyms. Planet Fitness markets itself as a "judgment-free zone," but it feels more like a "sweatbox zone" lately. Please fix this issue—it’s driving loyal members away.

I had a work out at Planet Fitness today with Jason. Oh my God he is good. Come on people try him. You would love it.
