SETS is an amazing gym for quick intense workouts for anybody! There is always a time that should fit almost any schedule! The music is great, the gym is immaculate and the coaches are awesome, if your looking for a clean gym with quick workouts to help you crush your goals you found the right place!

So happy I found this gym. I always had a heard time trying to figure out what to do at the gym. You do not have that problem here. Here you get a great workout with great instructors to make sure you are doing each workout correctly.

I'm so happy to have found SETS! I've been a member since they opened last year and i am so grateful to have found them. All the coaches are great and can accommodate any fitness level. I have recommended a few friends and they love it as well.

Great classes, great times for the classes, and great coaches. Always leave feeling sweaty and rejuvenated from the day or rejuvenated and ready to start my day. Great classes for all types of people. We have the different types of Workouts and modifications. I would definitely recommend this gym to someone just starting out on a weight loss journey I give the highest rating.
