I tried out Sunday Pilates through class pass when I was trying to look for a Pilates studio near home and Sunday Pilates did not disappoint. It’s a beautiful studio with great instructors. My favorite instructors so far are Ashley for Cadillac and Lily, McKaila, Jessica and Steve for reformer. The studio itself is bright, clean, and spacious. I ended up committing to a monthly membership and have been attending since March. I love the results I’m seeing so far; I can see the changes in my body and love that my core is getting stronger with each class. You must book in advance if you want to get into your favorite classes but if you have a routine down, it works out. If you get on a waitlist, it moves along quickly, there’s only been 1 or 2 times that I’ve been on the waitlist and have not gotten in. If you forget your grip socks or hair ties, they do have some available for purchase which is convenient. You also have the option of attending the other locations with your membership. They do have cancellation/no show fees but in a way it's nice because it keeps you committed to your workout and forces you to go on days that you don’t feel like working out. The negative is that life happens, and situations arise, so you’ll be forced to pay the cancellations fee if you have to cancel on short notice. The downsides: If you are on the waitlist, please be aware that they will text you in the middle of the night when a spot has opened, that can be 2 am or 3 am which is very inconvenient, you only have a 2-hour confirmation window so if you’re sleeping and you miss it, you miss out. That should be reworked. Maybe offer longer confirmation windows for middle of the night openings or not allow notifications between the middle of the night hours. When class ends, it can be very hectic, you should be able to gather your things without being pushed out by the next group of people coming in. The cubbies for personal items and baskets are right next to each other so you end up having two sets of groups crowding the area, some are trying to gather their items to leave, and others are trying to grab baskets to start their class. Maybe not allow the next group in until the previous class has cleared out? That would help avoid rude and negative interactions.

Hey Gigi! You may want to work on correcting your attitude. How about a little grace as a teacher in the wellness industry! My personal experience: I showed up 5 mins late to her 8am class… mind you, I called the studio that I will be slightly tardy having drove an hour from Lake Las Vegas. Was totally looking forward to my first class at Sunday Pilates. It’s bad enough that I was stuck in traffic to show up with that energy and to then experience her as the teacher. Upon me getting situated at my station, she came by to say don’t put your feet on the equipment as I was putting my socks on and I told her I will clean the equipment afterwards. Without even saying hello … or how can I help you… and during class I was not following the steps on how to transition. When she finally comes by.. her way of helping was by snapping one of the suspension cords - coming off super agitated. again super rude! What kind of teacher is passive aggressive like that? If you’ve been to these style classes before, you know the intricate details that are involved with setting up your station as it could be dangerous if you don’t do it appropriately. I’ve attended many other studios and this is by far the rudest experience I’ve had. I don’t recommend her! I do plan on coming back to try another one of their locations, but absolutely not with her!

Love coming here. Everyone is so nice, welcoming and helpful. I have been coming since January and have loved every minute. Every instructor at this studio is great in their own way. Right now, I'm attending classes with Jenny, Danyelle, Jessica, and Sachiko throughout the week. Each one is awesome!!

I enjoyed my class and it was challenging! One thing they could improve is the microphone/speaker sounds a bit muffled and I had a hard time understanding what the teacher was saying at times. As a first time customer I would have appreciated if the front desk gave a brief summary of the studio, like where to refill water, where the locker rooms are, which room my class is in, etc.

Absolutely love, love, love this amazing studio. From top to bottom, this studio is run so well. Scheduling is a breeze! It’s clean! Every instructor is engaging and always brings their A-game to each class. The variety of classes offered is awesome too. Whether you are just starting out or you’ve practiced Pilates for quite a while, there is absolute a place for you at Core!
