"Some" coaches are very professional. However, the waiting area is ridiculous with posts on the wall "parents, don't overcrowd the area" - ***this is an office warehouse, not a gym warehouse space - therefore, equally uncomfortable for use. Owner should rent a more appropriate space. Parents can't overcrowd - they pay your business to exist. Not a welcoming environment and hasn't been for the past year. Summer gets unbearably hot inside with fan working occasionally and no AC. No generic bs reply from business is needed to my review, there are soo many bad reviews below. Just consider improving your business values. Update to the admin reply: Holly....if the building was purposed for the gym, safety would not be an issue. Customer cannot be an inconvenience to the business.

My son had such a great time at AGC before we had to move. The coaches are truly fantastic and give consistent feedback. Night and day difference between previous gyms where they’d never correct bad form and let a lot slide. If your kid is serious about acro or gymnastics this is the place in Vegas.

my daughter loves this place, they are really accommodating with their affordable prices, and just a loving atmosphere. I would recommend this place any day.

Took my daughter here for the first time and the teacher was very rude. We were not greeted at the front only told to "stand on the wall over there, the class will start soon" it being our first time we were pretty confused. We ended up leaving early because of the entire interaction. It was a disappointment we will be finding a different gym to go to for sure

ZERO STAR!! I would leave zero if it was possible. I am ABSOLUTELY & thoroughly DISGUSTED with this place. Do not bring your kid here. They are rude, pay NO attention to your child, & overall have zero common courtesy. Let me start off by saying we were sooo excited for my daughter's first day of class(Trial class) to try out & see how she would like it. She is 4 years old mind you, FOUR YEARS old and we were told to wait on white wall for class to start & teacher would grab our daughter. First off, we knew our child's teachers name never seen the guy before. His name is Alexie I believe. One of the male instructors, whom you can BARELY understand to begin with. Did not even get us for class, class started and a different male teacher approached us to try and direct us, also very hard to understand and rude, seemed like he had NO idea what he was doing or barely could direct us. Like us being there was an inconvenience to him. He directs our daughter, still have met NOBODY and still greated by NOBODY. At this point we are hesitant since we have still met NO teacher. We still let her participate, which was a mistake on my part. We should have left right then and there, and now I wish i would have. Zero communication with teacher on how she is doing/or if this would be the right class for her. This stuff should of been addressed before even being able to start class. She was excited, as a four year old in the gym for the VERY FIRST TIME would be!! He has the audacity to act like she is a problem. Asking "how old is she" "she has never done this before" and "she has a really bad attention span" "maybe look into "Pea 3".. which is before this event took place which was the cherry on the damn cake. We see our daughter from a distance with sign that said " no parents past this point" which I understand and respect for the class.. everything was fine until my daughter walked onto the trampoline by HERSELF and was about to jump into the pit. I see not a SINGLE instructor/person try to stop her as I am RUNNING to try and stop her screaming her name. Mind you this is her TRIAL class, first time ever doing this before. Her first time trying gymnastics let alone being in a gym!! The trampoline infront of the pit was from an unusual high distance, not a single instrctor stopping or paying attention, had to take matters into my own hands!!!!it makes me sick to think what would of happened if i was in the bathroom at the moment god forbid!!!! She could have broke her neck!!!! I could serioauly throw up, the lack of teaching skills. Bet your butt i ran across the gym to get her, then everyone wants to look at me like I'm crazy!! This is so disappointing because she was so excited and it all went down the drain within 40 minutes of being there. She was trying it out so we could sign her up permanently. I was a gymnast growing up, started at her age and was hoping this would be a special day for my family. This was a complete nightmare and made us all super uncomfortable to even be there. I am so frustrated!!! That instructor needs to be FIRED. and to say the least, I will NEVER go back or fund this gym for a single thing and I sure as hell won't have my daughter go back there. If this first experience was this bad, I can't imagine paying money and investing money into a business this careless. Come on. Do better and be better for our kids!!!! We walked out ten minutes before class to save ourselves anymore embarrassment. Communication could have saved this entire situation!!! He could have pulled us a side on a water break, actually got the info he needed about Aria to make sure we get her into the right class, and we would of set that up for her accordingly. But instead he chose to ignore her, and pay ZERO attention to her in class then act like its her fault, and at this point he still had not even introduced himself!!! & considering this was a TRIAL! I wouldnt trust this place with my child, especially at such ayoung age, where this is a vital time for their development. Save your time/money & look elsewhere. AGC is not it.
