I need to come on here and say that I am beyond grateful to be able to have done the 6 week challenge that turned into me getting over that delay in workout progress. The gym is a great atmosphere for amateurs and experienced in boxing . The coaches are supportive every step of the way . The gym atmosphere is about you being better than you were yesterday and everyone is working on themselves. If you are looking for a gym to get started or try something new . The classes are a great start and the 6 week challenge can let you challenge yourself to see what you can do . I am excited to see where my progress will be by the end of the year.

Best boxing gym in Las Vegas! The coaches are supportive and help you stay accountable with your goals. Whether you want to lose weight, feel confident, the coaches will help you where you are at. The environment and other boxers will help you and no matter your skill level, everyone is there for you. You can get a free class trial to try out a session and if you enjoy the class, you’ll go through an orientation with one of the coaches about your goals and what you’ll get out of boxing. Their program is a 6-week course providing you a specific meal plan of what to eat and including your protein blend of preference. You’ll be using an accountability app to track your calories, meals, and chat with the coach for any questions and concerns. Like most boxing gyms, the price for the program may be too steep. Roughly $700 at best (this includes the protein blend you’ll need to buy to drink throughout the 6-week program). The price point may be intimidating but rest assured you’ll get the best supportive boxers and coaches to help you out. The experience I got out of this gym was life-changing and it made me feel great about myself. The gym is open to any one of all ages. Everyone is there to crush their goals 💪🔥

When I first joined, I had no formal boxing experience, but the coaches took the time to break down the fundamentals and ensure I understood the technique. This gym has a family vibe, all the coaches are skilled at what they do, their patient, and thorough in explaining proper technique. They take time to explain with all their clients like you’re the only one in there. It’s a great environment, so if you’re looking to get a great workout and learn proper footwork, and technique in a family environment. This is the Spot!!!
