I went to my first class with Meghan, she is amazing and I look forward to other classes with her. I would've gave 5 stars but I was told that I would get 10% off signing up with my sibling and then they act like they never even said that.

The studio is a nice welcoming place, all the trainers are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, they are the ones that made me love the practice of Pilates, I really get surprised of myself when I do the same routine that girls youngest than my grandchildren are in the same class 😀 😄 😊

First time experiencing Pilates. For an intro class, I learned a lot in a short timeframe. The instructor was pretty cool too. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to reconnect with movement and strengthen the body in a safe environment

I am new to Pilates and have been very impressed with the studio, classes and instructors. They were very inclusive and truly helpful with new members. The studio is beautiful and truly brings out a healing mentality.
