I joined this facility to work on maintaining and increasing my muscle strength. They offer a wide variety of fixed and free weights The staff is friendly, attentive, and willing to explain the machines. They have several classes you can choose to take. I really enjoy the dry sauna that is available to use after my workout. They pipe in music that is pretty loud and overpower your earbuds, though.

We are down visiting from Washington and found this gym so we didn’t have to miss a week of workouts. The day pass is very reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, it has every piece of equipment you could want and easily the cleanest gym I’ve been in. The only downside is they don’t have a gym near my home. If you are in the area you have to go here.

You can’t ask for a better 24-hour gym. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always working on improvements and keeping the place very clean. It’s a very well-kept and managed gym. They’ve got plenty of good equipment and something for everyone. The House Springs location is equally as nice. If you’re looking for a gym membership and want to support an awesome, locally owned business, this is the place for you. They’re first-responder friendly, also.

An exceptional gym with clean equipment, a gritty atmosphere, and a top tier staff. For anyone looking to level up in health, wellness, and fitness, this is an excellent place to achieve your goals. I highly recommend it!
