T is a professional, great & thorough trainer. He’s been training my 11 year old son for his upcoming football tryouts. He has him do a variety of workouts to build his strength and stamina. I’d recommend him for anyone looking to get in shape.

If you looking for a great trainer T is your guy. When I show up he be READY to get it moving. My days are Mon & Wed and he always have me doing something different every week. I been eating right and watching my portions. I have lost 8lbs, and 2 inches, stomach area looking good these love handles getting smaller. He definitely motivates and make sure he target the area you complain about. If you need a trainer he definitely your guy. Get at him if you trying to get your sexy back.

Very comfortable, reasonable, flexible and professional setting. As a woman I wasn’t comfortable working one on one with male trainers because of pass experiences, but I’m glad I gave MR. T a chance he showed nothing but RESPECT and I appreciate that the MOST! Positive energy makes working out fun and my goals are always met here,
