I love working out here! The music and personal challenges keep me going harder than I ever would by myself. The coaches are encouraging and professional. Worth the money for the supreme health benefits and camaraderie.

This place changed my life. The workouts are stellar. After having kids I didn’t want to have to think about and plan my workouts. I get all of that here and more! The staff is wonderful! The coaches know their stuff! 🩷

I've been going for a couple months now and am so glad I joined! It's a really efficient 1hr workout, with cardio (treadmill and rower) and floor weight exercises. You can work at your own pace - push yourself as hard as you want, with guidance and encouragement from the coaches. The coaches are definitely a high point here - knowledgeable, motivational and upbeat. I'm already seeing benefits to my speed, endurance and recovery.

I was really nervous to attend classes at first but everyone-coaches, management, staff, and other members are so welcoming and supportive of each other. I like how classes are structured so I don’t have to think too much about planning out my workout. I also like how inclusive the coaches are and how they offer modifications as well as demo them, for different floor exercises! I’m definitely hooked!
