I attended a couple of classes coached by Josh. We was great at giving pointers and giving alternate options to scale the workout. The facility is clean and with nice equipment. I feel like anyone with any level of experience could come here, get a great workout, and leave feeling accomplished!

What a beautiful space! Spacious and clean with all new equipment and thoughtful amenities. Harley was very welcoming and offered helpful coaching tips. I'll definitely drop in again!

I visited from out of town and did a drop in session. I had a great experience. The gym was top-notch. My coach, Harley, was kind and friendly. And I had a great workout. I would recommend Gray Duck CrossFit to anyone!
