If you’re looking for an open space to take your athleticism to the next level. This is that place. The Lab is a 24/7 open cages, courts and fitness center that is motivating from the moment you step in, with two large courts there’s endless basketball, it’s great especially for the colder months. Cages upstairs for baseball training, and the open gym area that is full of free weights and equipment. Truly an amazing gym here in Ham Lake

The new owners have really improved the place! I love going here! Some of the activities that are great for my family are the open gym to shoot basketball, pickle ball in the mornings and the toddler time. You gotta check it out!

The Lab is our favorite place. We have a membership there and go all the time. Best open gym spot for basketball around.

The Lab Athletic is the premier spot to be. The Lab Athletic is partnered with Hoops & Christ. They offer great services for all ages! Have highly trained trainers who not only care about you and your kids as basketball players, but as people! Highly recommend checking out The Lab Athletic!!

Very nice court, a lot of hoops, and a great workout area. Definitely one of the best gyms in the area, totally recommend it.
