If you are looking for a fun, energetic, welcoming and non-judgmental place to exercise and meet your fitness and nutrition goals. CrossFit Swarm is the perfect place for you. I have been a member for one year and it has changed my life. Any rumors you have heard about CrossFit are false. Here at Swarm the Coaches are truly invested in your personal fitness and progress. People who exercise here are in all shapes and sizes. What sets this gym apart from the rest is community. Everyone here encourages each other despite their fitness level. The first step to making a change is to show up. This was my first goal! Brian was very energetic today. He was very thorough in making sure this huge class had the Hang Power Clean technique square up. The music was good and he was very encouraging through this sprint workout! I appreciate the sense of humor and great instruction he provided us today. Friday 5am was full of energy and Michelle brought that to class. A cherry greeting from her as I arrived at 4:35am! She knows how to manage a large class. This was a test day for 1 Rep dead-lift. Safety was her first priority! She enlisted the support of a secondary coach to make sure all the athletes were correct in form! Michelle also played the right music to pump us up for the challenge today! It was a fantastic, fun 5am cross-fit workout! Class was good with Coach Brian. He seemed happy and ready to go at 4:40am. He gave our class great teaching points on form for power-cleans. I also appreciate is gentle approach to softly correcting my form. Power-cleans are a challenging exercise but super fun if you can get the form down. I appreciate his positivity and smiles. Much needed on this cold New England brisk morning! It was great to have Michelle teach this Friday! She had a a great 80s rock playlist and 5am was high energy! Michelle was great at helping me consider modifications to my box jump ups. She always has a solution to help us get a safe, comfortable, workout in! She is a gift to the coaching team! Brian was very good at today’s 5am class. I enjoyed how he breaks up the warm-up and explains everything so thoroughly. He cares for the safety of the athletes and is always giving me and others constructive feedback so we can improve our form. He is very encouraging and helpful!

Update 12/07/24 Coach Tara is a joy! New to coaching but learned quick and always willing to help me figure out a scale! Update 10/5/24 Coach Edmund is always so up beat, takes my sass and really knows what he’s doing. He never leaves me hanging when music moves me to dance! He’s right there getting sill with me. He’s super supportive and always has a scale ready for me!🥰🥰 Update 9/29/24 All the nutrition coaches are so positive, knowledgeable and willing to help me make small sustainable changes to impact my overall health. They just don’t focus on weight, as that number definitely never tells the whole story. They use an InBody scan and measurements to check progress. I most certainly recommend! Update 3/27/24 Michelle is so friendly and knowledgeable about scaling. I have chronic pain issues and she helps me tailor my workouts to keep me as healthy as I can be! Update: Review of Coach Alyssa 2/20/24 Great explanations of movements, positive energy. Good attending to form. We’re a big class at 5am and that’s really hard to do. Review of Coach Edmund 10/16/23 Edmund is always so caring and helpful. He is cautious about his advice and never insists. He’s so motivating and sincere! Love being in his class. Review of Coach Peyton: 9/18/23 She’s encouraging and wonderfully sarcastic and keeps an eye on good form. I have never stuck with a fitness habit for so long! I have been a member since January 2019. The friendly and encouraging people allow any level of fitness type enjoy a workout and feel like an athlete. I am a very curvy woman with multiple health issues and this workout has really helped me maintain my mobility. The coaches help me scale every movement to one that my body can handle without injuring it. Plus, when you are there, you are family. I highly recommend! Today I want to highlight coach Patrick, he takes form very seriously but all else is up for frivolity!

CrossFit Swarm is the best gym in the area. Mary and Brian made my husband and I feel welcomed and spent a significant amount of their time chatting with us afterwards which shows a lot about their character that they care about everyone that walks through their doors!

Very welcoming and great fitness family. You will feel welcomed and appreciated right where you are! Let Swarm help you with your fitness and nutrition goals! 11/22/24 Michelle greeted me with an energetic “hello” at 4:40am. I could tell she was energized and ready to coach. Michelle helped me with my form on power snatch squats. Form is so important to me so I prevent injury. Her positivity and encouragement was soul fulfilling! Always love class with Coach Michelle.
