In my short time with the West Springfield Burn 30 crew I’ve learned how to do so many things I never thought possible! You receive training through classes and a tidy meal plan. While following the meal plan strictly and attending my 3 classes a week I managed to loose 35lbs and 21in in 12 weeks alone!! With spectacular trainers coaching, I am now flying through each workout without even thinking and have truly been amazed with my results! I remember being starving on every diet I’ve ever been on. I’m not hungry, I feel stronger, and have more energy than ever before! I can finally run with my son! I owe a good portion to the burn 30 team for the right path but I owe the most to myself for taking accountability of my health and fitness!

I started at Burn30 only 3 weeks ago and I've already lost 4lbs, 11 inches overall, and gained muscle mass and I am in shock. I'd been working out regularly for about 3 years but couldn't figure out the full formula for getting all the results I wanted, and this place seems to have figured it out for me in such a short amount of time. I was even a little skeptical because I felt like I had tried all the things before, and Tim said "just follow the plan 🔮" and here we are. I feel so balanced between eating whole foods my mind and body need but also fun little treats here and there for the soul (because of course). I'm sleeping better, I have more energy, and overall just feel more comfortable in my skin. The community here is also super friendly and keeps you motivated while you're fighting for your life in class sometimes (in a good way). I just signed up for a year membership and I'm excited to keep working towards a stronger, healthier me ✨

I was looking for something other then the plant fitness a place with direction and motivation. I found it with Burn 30. The plan that Tim put together for me has made a massive change for me. Rachel who coaches the classes that I go to frequently is excellent. The people who have been there awhile are super friendly and don't look judge. I have been here just over 10 weeks and workout 3 to 4 times a week, have lost about 5 inches in my belly and am down 2 pant sizes already. I recommend coming here and have fun while you meet your goals. Thank you Team Burn 30 for everything you do.

In the beginning of July I was stagnant. I was extremely depressed and absolutely hating my physical appearance. When scrolling social media, I began to see the ad for Burn30 6-week challenge. I eventually decided to step out of my comfort zone and request more information. Upon meeting with the staff at Burn30 and hearing about the program, I took the plunge! I remember saying to Brian and Tim on my intake that they could expect to find me in the back of the class, hiding behind my social anxiety & baggy clothes. I entered class the first time & did just that. I was welcomed & guided through that workout by Rachel, and left ready for more! Now, I find myself socializing before and after class, rockin’ the cute gym sets I never thought I would, & even encouraging and guiding others through the workout. My goal was not to lose a specific amount of weight, but to feel better, have my clothes fit better, and get out of such a negative headspace. 6 weeks later - check, check, and check! I am down 2 pant sizes, happier & more energized! I tell everyone I know about Burn30. Actually, anyone who will listen, really - including the attendant at the gas station! Burn30 is more than a gym. It’s a safe space. A confidence booster. A motivator. A saving grace!

I did the 6 week challenge and all I have to say is Rachel, Tim and Brian most definitely did what they said they would do for me to reach my goals. I saw more progress in 6 weeks than I have for about 4 years. The environment of the classes are so motivating, the results are inspiring and keep you pushing even harder for what you want with yourself. I am more than beyond happy with joining burn30 and continuing my journey with them.
