Can someone please explain to me how this is "family" fitness yet no kids are allowed in locker rooms and showers? I have never seen this type of discrimination against children in any other sports facilities: YMCA, lifetime, equinox, etc. You have family in your name yet management loses their cool on children in sight. Yeah, there are kids, who are part of your families and paying customers. Not so sorry they need to use a shower after being in the pool. And your three "family changing rooms" are not enough for 20+ kids taking swimming classes.

Respectfully the gym is not great. The locker room always stinks, and is dirty. The equipment and machines all feel like they are crammed together now, no organization what so ever. All the equipment is either old, dirty and rusty, or missing. The equipment needs to be replaced, the new pickleball renovation was heartbreaking. Some of the equipment looks like it had been used by a dog for a chew toy. This gym has so much potential its time they upgraded the fitness machines and equipment.

It's the worst gym ever! Once they give up the Gold Gym name, this gym has gone downhill. I was a member for a long time. The gym equipment is old and not kept up with, and now Tom is no longer there, and his nephew is running the place, which is even worse. You can find a better gym to go to. Also, watch out for the maintenance fee! For what the equipment is never fixed.

I’ve been a loyal member of 24/7 Family Fitness for years, but I’m truly heartbroken and frustrated by the recent changes. This used to be a place where families and individuals could focus on their health and fitness, but that’s no longer the case. The owner has shifted all his time and money into catering to pickleball, leaving the long-time members who supported this gym with outdated machines and a filthy locker room. The so-called men's & women's locker room “remodel” was a joke—only the floors were redone, and the steam room and sauna have been out of service for months. We couldn’t use them during the useless remodeling process, and now we’ve gone through the entire summer and are entering fall with still no repairs. The steam room and sauna were essential parts of the gym for many of us, and it's shameful that they’ve been neglected for so long. It’s clear that the focus is now on profiting from pickleball rather than taking care of the day-one members who helped build this community. What a shame. This place is no longer about fitness or families; it’s about squeezing out money. I expected better after all these years, but sadly, I no longer feel valued here.

Probably the best gym in Massachusetts to be honest. Between 4-7 is when the most people will be here. Has a basketball gym pool sonna core room pool and locker rooms. Seeing the same people everyday makes you want to improve and push yourself to the limits.
