I have been exercising for years with other trainers and thank god I found Charles. He has made me stronger than I have been in years. He is so focused on form to avoid injury. He makes you believe in yourself while pushing you to your limit. He is so positive and makes you feel good about yourself!! Best trainer EVER!

Charles pushes you to be the best version of yourself. He meets you where you’re at while also making sure you’re working hard. I loved how he took my personal fitness goals into consideration while tailoring my program. Definitely would recommend Charles!

I have been training with Charles for several years. Charles is a trainer that will always have your best interest by improving your strength with proper form . He is educated about every muscle in your body and WILL make you strong in a positive safe environment.

I have been working out with Charles for 6 months now and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made! He motivates me to push myself and is always observant to be sure I’m keeping good form. He is very knowledgeable and always willing to share that knowledge when I have questions.

I used this service to help me get back into the practice of exercising. Workouts were challenging. My training sessions focused on agility, coordination, and overall strength. Improved on all fronts. Also got some very good tips on weight loss, though that was not the main purpose of training sessions. Learned enough to train on my own but looking to start using the service again once my schedule slows down. Next step, get ripped!
