The Salty Buddha

A group of friends and I were recommended to try a class at Salty Buddha. Hannah and her team did not disappoint. Hannah expertly instructed us through the class, with a soft yet inspiring voice to shepherd us through a tiring yet relaxing flow. She topped it all off by placing oracle cards at the top of our mats. A fun way to finish a great class. Could not recommend the Salty Buddha classes or retreats more.

I booked a yoga class with the Salty Buddha for my sisters bachelorette party and they exceeded my expectations! The whole process of booking with them was so seamless and they were very accommodating. The class was perfect because it was catered towards the bride. We even had the option of having mimosas for after our class. The studio itself was adorable inside and very clean. Our yoga instructor, Hannah was also the best! All of the girls were talking about how relaxing the class was afterwards. I can not wait to go back to take more classes!

I have been going to Salty Buhhda for over 5 years and can not say enough of about the Yoga Studio. It is a community of caring people all with the same goal to improve their yoga practice that will help them improve their lives. The two studios, one in Peabody and one in downtown Salem are very clean, safe and inviting places. The best thing about the Salty Buddha is the teachers starting with Hannah and Toni who are the owners and spiritual guides. All the teachers and all of the classes are different and my recommendation is keeping trying all of them until you find the ones that fit your life the best at the right time and level for your own personal journey.

Love love love Salty! All the teachers are amazing, which makes all the classes amazing. They have 2 locations (Peabody and Salem) with so many options. They are offering virtual and outdoor as well! Worth a try, you will get hooked!!

Just completed my first month and am hooked! This is an amazing studio, with awesome instructors! Both of their locations in Salem and Peabody are fabulous with great vibes! They offer variety of yoga classes and all of them are fantastic! Highly recommended!
