Light House Yoga

Hands down this is my most favorite yoga studio in the North East! Casey is an authentically loving and welcoming human who guides you through a yoga flow that is both uniquely different each time, while being wrapped in goofiness. The instructors all embody their own flare, while holding high the truth that only the student knows what's best for their body. I would and will continue to recommend Light House Yoga to anyone who is seeking a safe space to connect with the ancient practice of Yoga.

Lighthouse is unlike any other yoga studio I've been to, in the best way! Casey the owner is so incredibly kind and welcoming to everyone. Her teaching style simultaneously challenges you while meeting you where you are. I highly recommend Lighthouse to anyone looking for a heart centered, welcoming, safe space to practice. They also offer a lot of great workshops like moon circles, Aruveyda, massage and more. Come check it out, you will feel instantly at home here.

Light House Yoga is a beautiful studio with 2 beautiful rooms to practice. The North Room is where most classes take place. The South Room is reserved for a more introspective practice of meditation, journaling, and Ytt. The entire studio holds amazing good energy and is very welcoming! The teachers are wonderful and allow all levels to feel comfortable in therir practice! Highly recommend this studio!

Having Lighthouse Yoga in our community here in North Andover (and the surrounding communities) - is truly a boon. Casey (the owner) is a superb, competent, capable, gifted, heart-centered yoga teacher, (not to mention lovely human being) capably steering the ship, joined at the helm by wonderful Caitlin and all the other capable teachers. I cannot say enough about the gift that having this little studio in our area is, certain that I am not alone in these sentiments. Ease of parking, beautiful studio spaces, clean and airy, 2 areas for bathroom facilities. Give yourself the gift of yoga - excellent for conditioning, toning, flexibility, strengthening, along with a multitude of other benefits for mind, body, heart and whole being. Lighthouse Yoga is a treasure to be explored. Their introductory offer - beyond fantastic - $40 unlimited classes for 2 weeks!! that is amazing... shall I go on? Suffice to say I love attending classes. I find it extremely beneficial and am stronger for it. Do yourself a favor and most definitely check it out. I am so thankful to have found Light House Yoga! I had been yearning to return to yoga and Casey (the owner) is amazing in her teaching and brings so much heart and knowledge. All the Teachers are great, and the studio is the perfect environment with a variety of classes and schedule. I am so glad to be back!!
