Muscle & Flow

Muscle and Flow is bringing the local mom community together! The prenatal series got me through some of the toughest days of pregnancy and the Mom and Me Yoga and Lift classes have been the highlight of my week. The instructors have great energy and work really hard supporting each of the moms through their journey. The classes are totally "real" workouts. I've met some of the best mom friends at Muscle and Flow (I think my son likes his baby friends too!) and I am looking forward to more.

Found the Mom & Me yoga class online, and after attending one class, was immediately hooked. The atmosphere was so incredibly welcoming and the class was such a lovely way to connect with my baby while also getting back to my yoga practice, with modifications/focus on the areas important to new moms (my back/neck are in a MUCH better place now!) I travel 1 hour+ each way to get to the gym, and consider it totally worth it - Wednesday mornings are what I look forward to the most, since I’m able to reclaim my body through yoga while also spending time with my baby and meeting other new moms! Alex (the instructor) is also the best and brings everyone together in the warmest way. Would absolutely encourage any mom to check it out!

I am new to the area and joined the gym few weeks back and its has been a smooth experience i love it. I have been searching for a gym that’s not too crowded, peaceful environment, free and positive and this one fits perfectly. The owner is a very nice gentleman and all the staffs are welcoming too. I even got my husband who hates going to gym hooked on it now lol. You won’t regret signing up here. All the best!

Just walked in and waited at the front desk for a lil longer than five minutes, I saw like 10 people checking I and out of the store but no front desk to be found, there was a nice lady that was working out and asked me if everything was okay, i told her I couldn’t find anyone to help me, she said inside the office there’s always someone. I knocked the door to the office and someone named crystal told me she couldn’t give me a tour until 5 pm because she was covering for her manager and that was to much for her all at the same time. No customer service skills is all I can say someone like this can make your business go to bankruptcy. How long does it take to give someone a tour ? 5 mins?! The gym is very close to my house so it’s convenient. Now I feel like I have a bad taste in my mouth and I doubt it I’ll be returning to this place to give my business. When i felt completely unwelcome… I even was going to buy the shirts and hats which are made of really nice colors.

Muscle & Flow has the best gym culture of any gym I’ve ever been to. It is a welcoming and energizing environment, with great classes and all the weights you need. I even go with my son most of the time!
