Can't deny its the best gym compared to others I've been to, huge, new machines, sauna, basketball Cort, jacuzzi, pool, steam room, the best of all a private room for women's only 😀 choice fitness did a good job in taking over at this gym & providing new machines & organized, remodeled, clean.

Would not let me put a hold on my membership while recovering from cervical surgery, they said I had to come in person which was impossible since I was bed ridden for months, they wouldn’t even let my wife at the time cancel my membership in person. I paid for 8 monthly payments costing over 400$ because of a policy that is ridiculous and just another way to trap people in making payments. After many years at their gyms I was happy to finally make it there and canceled my membership and would never go back again.

I really like this gym and the equipment they have. The staff and gym culture here is also great. However it is run down, lots of cardio machines that don’t work, that no one seems to care to fix. Pool has also not been open since i joined. It is also extremely quiet in this gym, would recommend playing music. All in all, a good gym

Less than stellar company. Attempted to cancel my membership shortly after BSC acquired latitudes. Spoke with someone over the phone (quite some time ago) and was told that I would be “all set”. Figured I was as I was not billed for months amidst covid closures. Recently noticed I was still being billed monthly - no notification via email or any form that billing would resume. When I went to cancel in person (recently) I was told they had no record of my prior cancellation. Terrible business model, facility is not in the best shape, and no attempts are being made to restore the pool. Very discouraging interaction. Shocked at their lack of concern for covid (not a single staff member wearing a mask). Will happily take my business elsewhere.

I first went to this place when it was Gold's Gym in 2004. I used the sauna a lot. Then the steam room. The bathroom was very nice. A year later I moved to Los Angeles. Gold' closed a few years later and was renamed Latitudes. Shortly after, it became this place. I moved back home in 2019. That summer I recall signing up again. I didn't need a tour as I knew where everything was. I mostly used this gym for the sauna and steam room. When I walked into the bathroom for the first time in 14 years, I noticed messy lockers. They needed updating. They were the originals from back then. The gold lock holders were STUCK and were hard to turn around to match up with locks and were in need of replacing. I made my way to the sauna and steam room...The sauna was cold. There was no heat coming out of it and it was turned on. About 20 minutes of waiting I felt it was broken. The wood...it was all...burned. The wood was flaking in places. The top was moving, sort of like a seat. When I went years ago this was all new. It wasn't burned, flakiing or moving, and it was HOT. I then made my way to the steam room. There were missing tiles. The steam unit worked a little and then stopped. It didn't work again, so I went home. I went back the next day and the steam room still wasn't working. I don't remember if there was any notice on it or not. But then I just stopped going because of Covid. The bathrooms need TOTAL renovation. Maybe a section with a men's hot tub and cold shower area like they have at Burke Williams in Los Angeles. Female can have one like that as well. It's just not worth the price and it needs to be completely changed. The sauna, steam room and lockers need to be REDONE!
