Great coach. Went here for recovery from injury and was able to work on my weakness into strength. Very thorough and effective. Helped by athletic capabilities to better progress me in my sport. Nyles is your go to!

I have been at BXB for about 2 years now. When I started I was rehabbing a ACL tear and had a lot of Focus on regaining strength and getting to where I was. But as my work there continued I began back into Athlete training and not just weight training. Everything we go at BXB is done with purpose and reason we always build on top of things week in week out. The family aspect at BXB is second to none over the past 2 years I have become best friends with the people I spend time there with. Nyles runs a great business and really knows what he’s talking about and is someone I trust leading me and my teammates. He’s a great coach and friend but he’s a better person. Always looking out for his clients best interests would recommend BXB to anyone looking to take steps to the next level.

Great place to get work. Coach Nyles makes sure all of his athletes are always working hard, but also having fun. Not only that, but the pricing is also great for the amount of work being put in. The vibes are always good and it’s just an amazing place all around.

I’ve been going to brick by brick since this winter, and i’ve improved in every aspect of my athleticism and strength. I was just okay at certain workouts, but since coming to brick by brick Nyles had taught me so much about form and safety. To the point where i’ve been able to add 15+ pounds to major workouts like bench press and squats. Nyles trains you like and athlete and it shows on the turf, field, court or wherever. Definitely recommend coming to Brick by brick
