Chris the new manager who use to be the assistant manager is exceptional and goes above and beyond. My self and daughter black cards were off for over a year and he made the transition back easy and was helpful and welcoming. The new hires he did for night shift the man and woman are great also and keep the place clean and welcoming. My son has a strength and conditioning gym and this is the perfect balance for a 55 year old man to combine strength training and everyday fitness workouts also. Great gym highly recommend and thank you again Chris and staff

The staff here is great. Chris, Laurie, and Shelley are great. Very knowledgeable, attentive, and responsive when needing assistance. The regulars that come here are nice and always willing to help as well. -11 months attending this gym

The new machines are really nice. Staff are nice and helpful. I've enjoyed coming back to this location and seeing the changes from before. Staff have also been doing better with cleaning and keeping the place as neat as it could be. Kudos to y'all and for helping to learn how to use some of the machines.

I have been going to this gym for a long time. There are a few reasons why I still go. Convenient and the people that I got friendly with that also go to the gym. Overall the showers and changing rooms are a disgrace. Sorry but I have complained to the manager about this many times. Nothing got done. I know you hire a cleaning company to come and clean but they don’t wash the walls at all. You put a lot of money into redoing them and they should really clean the place better. There are always machines that are broken and it being a small place to begin with it’s a problem. The biggest concern is the air control in that place. I have been to many other planet fitness gyms and not once did I notice a air control problem at all. It was so nice. So I am complaining here because not only I have been complaining but so many others have been as well. We are told it’s controlled by corporate well they need to change it because it is like walking in a sauna. It is getting to a point that it’s not enjoyable to work out there.

Worst experience I have had. People are very rude. They don’t even care about being polite or being respectful to the people joining the gym. I had a worst experience with Chris. He was very rude and kinda taking advantage of me. He was abusing me about my payments which I already paid. I am going to complain about him to the main authority of the planet fitness. I would not recommend anyone to join planet fitness.
