Personalized Fitness

I have been coming since November. I come before work. I arrive about 2am. The staff is great. I have seen a few others using equipment that allowed me to learn how to use them. I end each visit with either HydroMassage or the standard massage chair. I haven't been in the locker room or downstairs free weights. Someday, I will venture around. I find it a relaxing, no pressure experience.

I’ve been a member for years. Never once was the climate an issue. Very spacious gym. The staff goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. Hence the reason I go every day. The guy Mark at the front desk is awesome. For the price Best gym in town.

It’s a pretty solid gym and reasonably priced but they do not have A/C and it is dangerously hot for a gym. I’ve seen the thermometer in here read 85-90 degrees and they say “oh it’s cooler outside than the A/C would be” like no it’s absolutely not. Some days I have to cut my workout short because I’m dropping in sweat

I have been going to Personalized Fitness for several years and have enjoyed my workouts here! Very friendly staff, clean and never over crowded!! Unlike the last comment about the air conditioning, the air conditioning has never been a problem for me, it is always very comfortable in this gym!!!

Love coming here it's low-key clean and im in and out always get my workout in not very packed the times I go which is what I like
