Best New Year’s resolution I have ever made! The coaches are amazing, it’s like having personal trainers. They are always there for you, paying attention, ensuring you are doing the exercises correctly and working to help you meet your goals. The trainers spend a lot of time planning and diversifying the workouts so you are never bored. They work with all levels, so they provide modifications as needed for each individual. I already see the changes in my flexibility, mobility and shape. Best I have felt in a long time.

I definitely recommend coming here if you wanna lose that annoying belly+back fat. I signed up for the 6 week program. I really enjoy it. I have seen a difference already in my weight and diet. The nutrition plan they also give you is great!! All the instructors are super nice and helpful. I especially want to thank Dianne. I went to a class that was scheduled for a noon slot and half way through the work out, I had a asthma flare up. I normally bring my inhaler but I forgot it unfortunately. Although, Dianne was so helpful and caring. She helped me get my heart rate down then someone in the class was so kind of enough to let me use her emergency inhaler. The staff and the people that come here are so amazing. Definitely check it out!

I have been going to Andover Fit Body for almost a year and I absolutely love it! Before going I never really found a workout or gym that I actually enjoy going to or that I would stick with long term. At Andover Fit Body they switch up the workouts daily and I love how every time I go it's something different. It keeps me motivated to keep going! The staff there are truly amazing! They're so knowledgeable, kind, patient, and welcoming to all no matter your fitness level. Go check it out- you won't regret it!

Andover Fit Body Boot Camp is absolutely one of the best decision's I have ever made for myself!! No matter what your goals are: want to get in shape, lose weight, increase muscle tone, become more fit, AFBBC is amazing. Owner, Chris and Coaches, Diane and Sam are second to none. They are so supportive and encouraging to all. They are extremely knowledgeable and help us all for our individual needs. You have to try this place and experience this very welcoming community.

I was able to take advantage of both a trial week and summer promotion. Kudos to coaches Chris, Diane, Sam, and Carter for making the boot camp style workout accessible with modifications.
