My husband and I have attended Enter Within chair yoga classes for over a year. The session is relaxing, easy to follow and well paced, covering toe to head or head to toe movements with breathing. Each session varies with alternative movements. Paula provides clear instruction with follow up documentation of the class for home practice. She encourages each client to listen to their own body and shows proper positioning. We highly recommend the chair yoga class. Anyone can do it, do it for yourself!

Makes yoga attainable for someone who didn't believe they liked yoga. The classes have helped me learn new ways to stretch that help sore muscles. I definitely would recommend these classes for anyone.
