I trained with PSP for nearly 2 years preparing for a pro wrestling training camp as well as general fitness and I could not recommend them enough! They have the best trainers I have ever worked along side and all the equipment for whatever sport or fitness goals you have. The improvement I have showed was drastic with increases in strength, speed, and all around athleticism! If you are looking to grow in the gym then check out PSP it will be worth it!

Andrew of PSP is Baltimore's best trainer for young athletes. I've known him forever and he gets the best out of every kid who walks through his door. Great place to be for a kid who wants to be great.
