410 Fitness is an amazing locally owned gym in the Hampden/Woodberry area. I recently did a 1 on 1 training session with the owner, Andrea, in order to work on my form for lifting. I found her guidance and feedback to be incredibly helpful, as I left feeling more confident in my abilities to strength train both safely and effectively. I'm a larger bodied person who does not always feel most comfortable in a gym...but I found that the environment and people at 410 Fitness were kind, empathetic and supportive, without being patronizing. The owner and team of trainers are aligned with inclusive practices that make their space and workouts friendly for people of all sizes and abilities. In addition to an open gym space, strength & conditioning classes, and mobility classes, 410 Fitness also offers prenatal / postpartum fitness classes... which i am looking forward to with some expecting friends. 410 offers a risk-free trial so you can get a sense of their community and offerings. They also have a different membership options, making it more accessible. I'll definitely be referring my friends and clients to this inclusive gym.

This was the perfect find in Baltimore! Recent residents of this historic city and 410 fits totally with its sense of community and amazing coaches! I have several health pbs, yet I'm able to push through the workouts. It's a very safe and judgment free environment 🙏🏻👍can't wait to make my way back to it!

This gym is a second home to me! This is a place where you do not just get a workout in, but you get to meet an amazing community. The community has helped me become not just confident in my fitness abilities, but also in everyday life. The community and coaches truly care about your fitness journey, your health, and personal growth. The gym have coaches that are very knowledgable and welcoming to everyone. 410 Fitness is committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive space for all. The coaches and community go out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable and supported, regardless of their background, fitness level, or body type. This inclusive attitude creates a sense of belonging that is rare to find in other fitness centers. Everytime I walk in the gym, I know that I will get an amazing workout. The coaches take the time to understand your individual fitness goals, limitations, preferences, and makes sure that everyone is having a fun and safe workout. But what really sets 410 Fitness apart is its community of members and coaches. Everyone at the gym is friendly, supportive, and motivated to help each other succeed. Very happy to have found 410. Very welcoming community, challenging but scalable workouts, engaging and knowledgeable instructors, consistently different but progressive programming. If you want to be more active and improve your health, definitely check it out.

Seriously love this gym! The coaches and members are all welcoming and encouraging, meeting each person where they are in their fitness journey and adding gradual individualized challenges/modifications to each movement. This atmosphere is why I’ve kept coming back over the past 4 years! :)
