We have been attending here for close to two years and are extremely happy with this school. Mrs. Nimmo is an excellent instructor with tons of experience and her top black belts are great assistants and soon-to-be instructors. The school caters to students of every age, maturity level, and ability, bringing out the best in everyone. Best Tae Kwon Do school in Frankfort.

Ms. Nimmo provides a wonderful atmosphere where children and adults can learn taekwondo. She has instructed, practiced and competed for many years! Side benefits to classes include gaining self-confidence, and learning discipline and respect, in an encouraging, supportive atmosphere. It's a really fun way for everyone in the family to get some exercise while learning some self-defense skills! She is a patient, yet consistent, instructor who loves her sport and her students!

Such a supportive environment for both kids and adults. Everyone is encouraged to practice self-discipline, have fun in the mastery of martial arts, and encourage others to reach their full potential.
