BLUSH Boot Camp

I’m obsessed with this place! The workouts are amazing and everyone is so nice. Free childcare is so convenient! ❤️

I was invited by a friend to join her for a week of classes and instantly became a fan! I enjoy the energy, smiling faces, women-only workouts. I attend when Kaylah teaches - she's helpful, encouraging and her giggle is quite infectious at 6am! Thank you!

blush has changed my entire mindset of going to the gym. for the first time, I look forward to my workout! not only feeling powerful each session, but having the accountability of the wonderful women & coaches you receive! couldn't recommend blush enough! However, disappointed with the top leadership in how they have been handling the business. It's discouraging to become so comfortable with a coach who pours their whole soul and body into growing you as an athlete, just to get "let go" for no apparent reason. Hoping this changes soon.

Blush is something special and different than any other gym I have been to. The community is so strong here and every fitness level is welcome. The coaches are the best hands down to help you realize your true potential and provide modifications along the way when needed! Do something for yourself and walk inside the pink walls and see for yourself!!

Love love LOVE Blush boot camp! The camaraderie, support, and community of this gym is like no other place out there! Getting fit with ladies that have the same passion and goals is refreshing and so encouraging no matter what level of fitness you are starting at. February will be my one year anniversary and not only am I stronger but I am mentally and spiritually stronger because of this community. Do not hesitate to come!!!!
