Environment is great. I just don’t like how people leave their mess around. I also noticed a lot of cracked windows which I think it’s very dangerous knowing that people and kids are next to it.

They have something for every body

Poor customer service. the company ruined my son's event and had absolutely no remorse and made no effort to correct the issue. My phone calls were ignored and I was hung up on by the event coordinator. They refused to give me information for a person above the manager. Today was supposed to be special but for the people that work at the facility it was nothing to them. I would advise anyone looking to have an event to go elsewhere. Go somewhere that has compassion and respects the community it serves.

Regularly schedule practices for our co-ed flag football team at this facility as well as participating in a league that operates here in the winter. Facilities are always in good condition. Call for reservations.

Management dropped the ball somewhere. Waste of time leaving a message. They never return call. FYI, return phone call standard should be within 24 hours. Also, no one ever answers the phone. One can only assume that they are not aware the website does not provide answers for all questions. For a new facility, how did customer service get this bad so quickly? Please do better for the community. We deserve excellent customer service.
