Great place to lift with amazing gym etiquette. Very rare gem in the area with that old school feel and hard core lifting. Great place to dial in your training and lots of knowledgeable lifters. Chuck and Michelle are amazing 👏

This is my home away from home. I started training here back in 1992. Chuck Sanow (the owner) is awesome became my mentor, friend and father figure. This is one of the last true hardcore body building gyms out there. You don't realize what hardcire is and how much more you can actually push until spending some time training here. If you are serious about your progress no matter your start point this is the place to get the ball rolling!!!

One of the Best Gyms Handsdown! So much History and Chuck Sanow deserves so much credit! I can't think of anyone else who's trained more Local,Amateur and Pros throughout the years that became Champions! Myself included. Highly recommend 👌🏾 Former NPC Competitor WNBF PRO!

Immediately, when you step into USA GYM, you'll feel the pump! Many Professionals have trained here along with people whose ambition is to be on stage. Chuck and Michelle are the best to get you where you want or need to be.
