The equipments are a bit old It's kinda dark inside Clean and quiet, though People are polite here and they focus on their own business No loud talking, yelling or anything. I use it because some of my trainees only have membership here. If possible, go to LTF; LA is a bit better than here but not that much better.

This planet fitness staff is one of the best I’ve been in and interacted with. Machines, locker rooms, and bathrooms are always spotless. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for anyone looking for a new home gym.

Absolutely frustrating, no one that works there can do a thing about my credit card on file being charged a late fee. 6 calls, 0 return calls. Today the employee says the manager won't call me back because then I would have his number, you can't make this stuff up. My wife went in last month in person and the kid confirmed the card was correct. Funny how it works for years, yet somehow it is my job to fix it. Worse than this Bolingbrook location incompetence is there is no help from any type of corporate headquarters, you should be able to talk to someone on the phone or via email.

Disgusting!... Hopefully I didn't leave with a staph infection or ringworm. Packed house on Monday Feb 3rd. No paper towels in the whole gym. Nobody cleaning equipment after using, and sweating all over it gross!! Who knows maybe an hour or two, maybe its been all day since a machine got wiped down. This is really careless on whoever is in charge. Bacteria and skin infections are no joke. Well here's one star for no paper towels * Here's two more for not seeing the issue or correcting it.** Here's a fourth making me write this review* And Here's one more for the hell of it.*
