I have been at Strive for almost 2 years. It was the first gym out of the gym that I didn’t feel intimidated walking into. It was welcoming and reassuring. I started with doing the group fitness classes from strength training, cardio, and Pilates/Barre. I wanted more heavier lifting and more smaller groups so I joined the elite classes. Elite classes are smaller format with up to 10 members and one trainer. I love it! I would describe them as smaller bootcamps with focus muscle groups. I have met my community of women and built new friendships here. Some of the girls are now my closest friends and I am thankful for Strive. The trainers are so supportive and kind. They build great workouts and really love seeing your progress. It is a positive community, so don’t let the negative reviews drive you away. There will always be unhappy customers in every business and you can’t make everyone happy. I will tell you I have never felt any toxic or cattiness with any of the members or trainers/management during my experience at Strive. Yes, I highly recommend visiting to try their free classes.

I enjoy Strive’s new express workouts early in the morning. I have been impressed by the bubbly and encouraging ladies at the front. Love, love love the sauna, and then the little extras like coffee, waters and feminine products offered to all! The monthly membership cost is affordable with everything offered, thanks Strive!

Love Strive Fitness! The instructors are excellent and the included childcare is so convenient. I’ve been going to this gym since my pandemic baby was born in 2020. I’ve never been a regular gym goer until THIS gym. It is so welcoming and I love the variety of classes. It is seriously perfect for women of all ages and stages of life.

55+ classes Mondays and Wednesdays: Ashley is a great leader, very knowledgeable and the class offers variety each week. Also, the ladies who attend these classes are very caring and offer to help each other. Plus she plays great music! I recommend.

For a considerable period, I genuinely enjoyed my time at this gym and connected with the people there. However, the high instructor turnover puzzled me. Eventually, I discovered the reason behind employees leaving: unethical management practices. Despite having some friendly staff, management engaged in questionable behavior. For instance, members’ dues would randomly change, and unexpected charges appeared on their accounts. Additionally, staff commissions were embezzled by management. Although the gym seemed welcoming to newcomers, it harbored hidden issues. I, too, was deceived until I experienced it firsthand. Policies and prices fluctuated unpredictably, turning the gym into a stressful environment that was no longer mom-friendly. When management learned that members or employees were aware of these illegal practices, they terminated them. Ironically, it was not the toxic individuals who were let go. I have no complaints about the classes or facility besides parking and management. They are wolves in sheep's clothing.
