24 Hour Fitness

All of the equipment is old, dirty, and rusty. The machines, the benches, the weights, the cardio equipment, etc… all of it is old with the rubber or plastic cracking and labels faded or missing. It’s called 24 hour fitness, yet isn’t open 24 hours ANY day of the year. Not only that, it’s twice as expensive as any other 24 hour fitness on the mainland, but for half the value and amenities. Many people, including myself, come here only because it’s the only local option. It’s clear that all of the equipment and weights were donated from other gyms. A majority of it is old and loud with all the buttons worn off. No hate on the staff or anything, but the monthly cost is ridiculous and the cleanliness and quality of equipment is a joke.

Wonderful experience. Was very hesitant based off the reviews. But honestly great gym!! Much better than any of the other gyms in the area!! Also 25 dollars for a 3 day pass!!

This is second time (maybe more in the past...) they didn't open on Sunday on time..... We were waiting hours outside the gym and specially I went to specific the gym on weekend for Sauna. Driving long way to get there before they open (6am) However, they didn't open just before 7 am..... Sad things, staff who opened late few times, she had never apologized and didn't say anything, even she didn't greet to members who were waiting hours outside..... I usually go to Kapiolani location weekdays, their staff are always try to support us, greeting us, cleaning floors.... but here, Bishop staffs are not..... I hope team could change something better. Even when I leaving gym, she was just sitting the chair front to have coffee and using her phone..... never checking people, never greeting or doing nothing..... such a pure staffs and sad to see those..... I hope this message helps to let management team know that we are not happy to see such a pure quality service.

It's not 24hrs, there isn't parking (don't believe the workers), and the staff can be rude. But it's a gym in Hawaii, it is what it is. Does have a Sauna and steam room, both usually working.

Great gym for the location. They need to put more pride into their bathrooms instead of putting a pride flag in your face as you walk in. Someone pooped on the floor in the men's bathroom, and all they did was put a sign above the poop until it was cleaned up later. When the employee cleaned it up, he didn't even follow the trail in the stall. They need to deep clean the locker rooms and bathrooms more frequent than they are now. The hot sauna is black under the wood. Please wear shower shoes when in there. Been coming here for a while now, it's always been gringy.
