Slugger’s Corner

My 4-year-old son has been taking baseball lessons with Coach Steve at Slugger's Corner @ Stodghill Consulting Services and the improvement in his batting and fielding skills has been remarkable. He went from not being able to hit a pitch to consistently hitting balls not only pitched from Coach Steve but also from the pitching machine. He's much more confident when he steps on the field now. Coach Steve is incredibly patient and provides top-notch training, tailoring his lessons to my son's age and skill level. My son is able to listen, watch, and perform the drills with ease thanks to Coach Steve's clear guidance. I highly recommend Coach Steve for anyone looking for quality baseball coaching!

We have had an amazing experience with Steve, who has been training our 4-year-old in baseball for the past month. In that short time, we’ve seen incredible improvements in all aspects of his game from hitting to fielding and throwing. Steve’s deep knowledge of the sport really shows, and his ability to connect with kids makes the training sessions both effective and fun. I brought my son to see Coach Stodghill in efforts to get the uppercut out of his swing, within 30 mins his swing drastically improved through Coach’s technical attention to the articulate details. As a math teacher and coach, it is very obvious that his ability to develop youths is unmatched in my opinion. I highly recommend Coach Stodghill to all those parents looking to improve their young athlete’s performance! We will continue our training with Coach Stodghill regularly for all of my children.

Huge thanks to the team at @sluggerscorner for hosting our end of season celebration. This facility provided an interactive and skills based ‘escape room’ style activity for the kids. From start to finish the kids were all smiles as they harnessed their skills for fielding, hitting, catching, and throwing in order to ESCAPE THE CAGE.

Coach Steve truly has been the best thing for my son’s baseball development. My son who is only 7 couldnt hit the side of a barn. Now, he is hitting leadoff for his team. Additionally, his fielding has improved exponentially. Coach Steve really knows what he’s doing. Ian
