LA Fitness

The gym itself is a good gym, but I'm leaving 1 star because it takes forever for the equipment to be fixed. It's annoying when you are used to working out with certain machines and it takes months to fix. This machine here has been broke since August and it's now November. You might want to be careful when choosing this location as I rather drive a few extra miles to a location that actually fixes equipment in a timely manner for their members.

This is unbelievable. These vents look like they've never been cleaned since this building went up, LA Fitness, yall need to do better. The sauna is falling apart it stinks, the bathroom ewww and membership isn't cheap! So we're paying for filth 🤔 .

Mold in the showers, pool heater down over 3 weeks, sauna down 4 weeks, overall no maintenance no cleanness and poor people at the front desk putting up with angry members. Terrible management

Disappointing Experience at LA Fitness I’ve had a frustrating experience at LA Fitness and feel compelled to share it. The management here is incredibly poor; they close whenever they feel like it, and you only find out when you arrive. The schedule seems to change on a whim, which is really inconvenient for anyone trying to plan a workout. The facility itself is in disarray. It’s dirty, and half of the lockers are out of order, which is really unprofessional. To make matters worse, the sauna has been out of service for a month and a half, and there’s clearly no maintenance being done on anything. Everything feels neglected and is literally falling apart. I understand that running a business is tough, but if you want to stay in business, you need to show that you care. Unfortunately, it seems that LA Fitness doesn’t care at all, especially since people continue to come in despite the obvious issues. Unless they make some serious changes, I can’t recommend this gym to anyone.

Like this location but.. Their call service is pretty useless as they want you to go to a physical location for assistance like tf you have a customer service number for then?! I was hit off my motorcycle late last yr and wanted to postpone my membership for awhile since I cant get around. How am i gonna come in to do it? Especially since I’ve postponed it before over the phone with no issues. Very frustrating & disappointing
