What a life-changing experience it is! I think everyone who has ever considered enriching their life with positivity, body healing, better sleep, and greater happiness should try it. From day one, during my first one-on-one evaluation session with Master O, all my doubts were gone and forgotten. The series of simple, easy workouts, breathing techniques, stretches, and movements gave me so much energy, understanding, and awareness of my body. I know it’s hard to believe; I was a skeptic too. But now I’m a believer! I have taken a couple of different classes, and each time I felt more and more energized—joyful, peaceful, and strong. My mood is much lighter, and I can function all day without feeling fatigue or tired. I sleep better thanks to this amazing team of Master O and Master Julia, who are giving me and all their students an incredible gift: a better version of ourselves. I’m taking classes at the Marietta studio; come and see for yourself!

I have just started going here recently and I love it!! Master O and Master Julia have been amazing with supporting me in my journey of becoming a future yoga instructor!!! The classes are so fun and really heal your body each time you come in.

This place is absolutely amazing! I have been going here for about two months now with a focus on increasing my flexibility and strength, and also doing energy healing. I had no idea that in such a short time I would see such a huge impact. Within two months, I am already noticing that I am stronger and more flexible, and I have increased vitality which I believe is through the practice of healing my energy centers and increasing blood circulation. Often times I go to these classes after work and come in feeling low energy and sluggish, and by the end, I feel very vibrant and open. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone that is looking to improve their quality of life. It is amazing how quickly a difference can be noticed. The classes range from low to medium intensity depending on the day. The classes are about 1.5 hours long when you include time for warm up. It is a bit longer than typical fitness class but I think you gain a lot more from this practice than just physical strength. It is truly focused on holistic healing. I also really love the community that body and brain offers. There are often events such as potluck or book clubs that members can choose to participate in. I have really enjoyed my time here so far and would recommend that if anyone is considering joining, to do the introductory session to see what all this place has to offer!

I have been a member at Body & Brain for 3 years now. It has been instrumental in my physical healing as well as mentally and emotionally. I feel stronger, more flexible, energetic, and balanced, and happier because of their simple yet powerful practices. This practice is amazing in how it can be done by anyone at any age and made accessible to everyone whether out of shape or super fit. The teachers are welcoming and supportive, and there is a genuine community feel to the center. I am deeply grateful to have found Body & Brain and look forward to continuing this practice for the rest of my life.

Joining a community of fellow participants committed to holistic fitness at Body & Brain is one of the best decisions I’ve made this year. I’ve benefited from all of the class offerings and do my best not to miss any of them. It’s only been a short time and I can already see lots of improvement - strength, flexibility, focus and more. I love the energy, the support, and the location is beautiful and well maintained. I can’t say enough…I’m so grateful to have found BnB! ♥️🙏🏽
