First I will say that the stretch therapist here are very good. The problem is in their business practices. We had an issue with cancelling our membership. We tried to cancel by phone but discovered you have to cancel in writing. We accepted this and did as requested. No refund would be issued. Three months later they charge our card again and even though they have it in writing and I have it in writing that they confirmed it was cancelled they will not give a refund. I did not leave a negative review back in July when we first had a bad experience because I hate to do that. In fact I have never given anyone a bad review. But now they are committing fraud and I believe everyone should know do not sign up for a monthly recurring charge unless you never plan to quit. If you do cancel, you will have to be diligent in checking your credit card for fraudulent charges. Basically we are out over $1000.

I’m so glad I found this place. I suffer with chronic arthritis in my knees and back and since coming here once a week the pain is so much more tolerant. My flexibility is improving and I’m so satisfied with my instructor Tavia.

I’m enjoying Stretch Lab immensely. It is helping me add flexibility and mobility and I’m feeling the progress in my everyday activities. Allison is amazing. Not only is it clear that she knows the body and how to improve movement and functioning, she an absolute joy to be around. She cares about my outcome and listens when I have concerns and questions. The other staff there are warm and welcoming, as well. My whole experience has been top notch. Definitely 5 stars!

Allison at StretchLab at the Avenues at West Cobb has been awesome! She made me feel very comfortable the 1st time I did a session. She has helped me feel so much stronger and has helped improve my stability! I couldn’t believe how much of a difference regular stretching would make for me. Highly recommend!!!

Allison is amazing, caring, and knowledgeable Every section is enjoyable. Definitely it has helped me with my hip flexibility. It is a great way to treat the body. Do not postpone your visit to a great start of better mobility and pain-free. Allison will make sure your areas of concern are addressed and you walk feeling better. Her ability not only of knowing her job is the ability to listen and get to know you to help you.
