I been coming to reconstructed by sam for two months now. I have seen such a big improvement in my stamina and strength. The staff pushes you to be your best while simultaneously making sure we all have fun. I love coming here and would suggest this gym to all my friends and family.

Best gym I’ve been to in a while! The energy is EVERYTHING! Sam is the BEST!! Coming in day 1 I felt so welcomed by Sam & Skye. And don't get me started on the workout I was out through. If you want a trainer that’s going to push you and get you the results you’re looking for and great energy then Reconstructed By Sam is the place to be! I just wanted to give a shout out to my coach SAM💚.Ever since I came to the gym, she has motivated me to do better. I can’t even lie when I first started I was a little bit scared about everything but she made me feel so comfortable. I’m so glad I am part of the Reconstructed By Sam. Especially to all the great coaches that we have everyone is awesome and I’m glad I can train with every trainer.
