This gym is fantastic! The atmosphere is welcoming, and everyone here is so friendly and kind. Onelife is impressively clean, which makes every visit even better. The childcare service is outstanding—Lauren is simply amazing! She’s incredibly patient and caring with my little one. Gage made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in, giving me a thorough tour and answering all my questions with efficiency. i am very grateful I found this gym!

Terrible Experience This gym is the worst! They’re super active and helpful when you’re signing up and handing over your money, but when it comes to canceling, it’s a complete nightmare. They only communicate through email—no calls, no in-person help—and they’ll charge you ridiculous hidden fees. I requested to cancel and not be charged for another month, but they insisted on extra fees buried in their shady contract. It’s all fine print and loopholes to keep squeezing money out of you. Total scam! Don’t waste your time or money here. Signing up is easy, but escaping this trap is nearly impossible. Avoid this place at all costs!

I’ve been a member at this gym for over 10 years. But lately it seems as if as long as you pay your membership, you can do whatever you want. You got member using 3 machines in the name of “superset” but Takes 10 min between each machine. And won’t let you use it. You got few people taking up whole area. And you have members dancing in front of the mirror by the dumbbells. I seriously think we should consider hiring gym police ( not actual police lol ) who can keep things in check. 😂😂 oh and maybe give new member orientations since most don’t have gym etiquette. I love this gym, but it’s going downhill lately.

I have visited this club while in town 3 times now. It is top-notch. Abraham and Kenny were extraordinary hosts. I like that at this particular club, one is warmly greeted and cared for. Everything was clean, which is also important to me.

Gym is not bad at all. Machines could use an update as well as the trainers. Im not sure what his name is but must be the fitness manager but clearly he doesnt pay attention to his clients form ive seen him on his phone while training and the worst thing about it is that the client had the worse form doing kettlbell swings. That exercise can be either great for your back or the worse and he was making sure his client was going to break their back. Gym is ok. Its clean but machines need to be updated, locker rooms not bad and front desk staff seemed nice. But i would stay away from the trainers especially if represented by that guy he clearly doesnt know what hes doing when it comes to training clients.
